2015-17 Mustang Deck Lid Divider Decal

Used the hinge method to dry apply the decal as instructed to a brand new part (decklid). Most of the install was OK and flat after some repositioning, but I got stubborn bubbles coming up from lines in the decklid that I spent hours on with a heat gun. It would seemingly flatten out and mold to the shape but then bubbles would just come back. I would not purchase this decal for any decklid other than the completely blank one, and even then there’s a small chance you’d still get bubbles. Ultimately did not solve my problem as I had hoped and threw out the decal.

It was hard to find a plain black matte decal for my rear deck divider on my '16 Mustang. But I did at Luxe and am I glad I did?! If your the owner of a late model Mustang, you know what a pain the black shiny rear deck is! Shows and scratches very easily, and is a magnet for dust and dirt! Plus, I like the looked of matte black accessories anyway. They didn't have the actual installation video for my product but I was able to view a similar install and it was the smoothest application of any decal I've ever placed! Really heavy and excellent quality! And not one bubble! Looks great with my new red pony emblem from Ford! Not bad for a 58 year old woman, huh?!

Fits perfect on my the deck lid of my 2019 Mustang. I know this was designed for earlier models, but it works great regardless. Also it was the easiest vinyl install I’ve done yet. Thanks!

Was very easy to install. Changed the whole look of the rear. Looks great in my opinion.

The product is great, but the installment was a little difficult. I had to cut out the GT part of the clear in order to line up everything on the car. Took all together about 30 mins to cut and install. Looks great!
