- Luxe LightWrap is a translucent tinting wrap vinyl specially created for use on your taillights, headlights, marker lights, and chrome. LightWrap is safe for any car, truck, SUV, motorcycle and just about any other clear plastics you want to tint. Our material is of cast construction and features air-release technology meaning it goes on easy and bubble free, and it will conform to even complex shapes. All you need is basic wrap tools like a heat gun, squeegee, and WrapGlove, and it can be cut with a razor or utility knife and knifeless tape products.

Luxe Auto Concepts recommends you always measure your lights or trim before purchasing one of our wrap kits. Add a few inches on each side and then cut the material for the job. The more film you have to work with the easier the installation will be, and the more complex the shape the more extra material you should have to help spread out the tension.

I originally purchased 2 rolls of Light Wrap. 2yds of LightSmoke and MidSmoke Honeycomb. Project was a Tesla Model Y. Light Smoke on the Fronts, Honeycomb on the rear.
Light Smoke installed beautifully. The Honeycomb did not. First application went smooth. Hugged really well onto the light then after about 15 mins in the sun it started to fail at the edges. I removed and recleaned. Until well I was out of material. Ordered 3 more yards in a panic. Called customer service and they stated I should add more heat than what was posted on their site. So, I did so and it failed yet again (4 times total back and fourth to this customers house). I used up probably about 5 more ft trying to find a solution because they informed me it that it should absolutely stay adhered once heated to a certain temperature (different than stated on product description). *I own a Wrap and Graphics Business I work with a lot of different suppliers. After the 5th failure, I ended up just making Templates and laying them as flat as possible on the light because its obviously not rated for curves. Between the material, & Time wasted I'm pretty upset. I'm giving you 2 Stars for the Light Smoke and 0 for the honeycomb and customer service. *I offer APA's Light Wrap for my clients and was told about LUXE around a month ago and was kind of excited to work together.
